I am a London based chef and cookbook author. I have worked in restaurants and private cheffing for over 10 years. In a nutshell, food is my great passion. This is the place for extras helpings and a melting pot of ideas from dinner party recipes to restaurant recommendations and travel guides. I also make a tasty cooking playlist to get the creative juices flowing in the kitchen. The seasons will be guiding this instalment from me because that is how I cook and feel my way though the eating day. I also want to showcase my favourite healthy meals, including low sugar desserts.
